The first time you run iDialLog application you will see license server connection screen asking for your DialLog ID. The DialLog ID is an identifier provided by Datagenics Software that uniquely identifies your company and is required in order to connect. Without a valid licensed DialLog ID you will not be able to continue.
The first time you use iDialLog it will ask for your DialLog ID. Enter your ID in the text box and then tap the connect button in order to continue. When iDialLog has successfully authenticated your ID it will take you to the Login screen. Once iDialLog has successfully connected to a server it will automatically attempt to connect to the same server in future sessions skipping past this screen, and going directly to the login screen.
If iDialLog can not connect there are three possible error messages.
The License server couldn't authenticate the DialLog ID. Contact your IT Department to verify your DialLog ID.
The DialLog ID is valid however the number of devices licensed to connect to the server with iDialLog has been exceeded.
iDialLog is unable to connect to the License Authentication server.
